This product works great with my Dell Inspiron 1525. Dell no longer sells the charger for this computer so I was forced to come to Amazon for a charger, and was amazed at the results! It works better than the original charger that came with the computer. (: I would definitely recommend this to someone with a Dell 1525.

A note to those who purchase this charger: make sure your battery is still good. If your battery is bad, it doesn't matter what charger/adaptor you get; it ain't gonna charge.
So, with a brand new battery (old one was cracked) that's actually twice the size as my old one, this charger works perfectly. I'm kicking myself for not looking here before I paid Dell three times as much just for them to send me the wrong one (and yes, I did check to make sure I was ordering the right part from them).
