Mine broke after about two uses. The lights go on but it won't charge batteries. I've cleaned terminals, jiggled connections, etc.... The customer service people harassed me via email, phone, facebook etc... after I left a 3-star review. They're sketchy people. It's a piece of junk. I highly suspect that the flood of 5-star reviews are from employees of this place. Awful piece of junk.
UPDATE: I've changed my 1-star review to 3 stars. It turns out that it does charge batteries, but it doesn't update the battery's chip and tell you that it's filled up. So in other words, a full battery could say 30% remaining when you put it in your camera, if that's what it was at before you put it in this charger. But since the battery is full, it will continue to say 30% until you've dropped below that.... very strange. I'm keeping mine as an emergency backup, but holy cow it's a mess.
So far this charger is a very good charger, with the convenience of having a DC cord/cigarette plug, this charger goes where ever I go and I could charge two batteries at once while traveling and i'll use the AC cord at home or at the hotel room.
